Head and Chief Investment Officer
Inderbir is Head of the IFC Global Infrastructure Fund and Chief Investment Officer of IFC Emerging Asia Fund. He serves as a member of the Investment Committee of the IFC Global Infrastructure Fund. He serves as a member of the board of directors of multiple portfolio companies.
Inderbir has over 25 years of experience in private equity, debt investments, equity research, and public policy. He uses his expertise and in-depth knowledge across financial services, fintech, consumer and B2B technology, sustainable infrastructure, pharmaceuticals and industrials to drive value creation for AMC’s investment portfolio.
His past roles include leading the direct equity investments in Financial Institutions Group at IFC across Asia Pacific and managing the South Asia portfolio in the Financial Institutions Group at IFC He has also advised governments in India and East Africa on SME financing and infrastructure PPPs at the World Bank. He served as Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston and Deutsche Bank, leading equity research in pharmaceuticals, telecom, and media sectors in Mumbai. Inderbir has also published work on the investment climate in India and infrastructure finance.
He holds an MBA equivalent from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.
Senior Investment Manager
Prior to joining AMC in 2013, Mohsin was an Associate at HIP Consult, a boutique strategy and management consulting firm where he advised clients in emerging markets on large infrastructure investments and project management. Previously, he was an analyst at NERA Economic Consulting (Oliver Wyman Group).
Mohsin holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an MA in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins, and an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
Investment Manager
Tuknekah joined AMC in June 2024 from IFC’s Corporate Portfolio Management Team, where she focused on equity valuations in the infrastructure sector, PE Funds, and Tech. Before joining IFC, she worked at GE Capital Energy Financial Services where she underwrote and managed the portfolio for investments in the renewable energy space. Tuknekah has also worked in investment banking, equity research, and risk at several banks, including Citi and Credit Suisse. She began her career as a development engineer in semiconductors at IBM.
Tuknekah holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and an SB in Chemical Engineering from MIT.
Associate
Andreea is a member of the IFC Middle East and North Africa Fund, the IFC Financial Institutions Growth Fund, and the IFC Global Infrastructure Fund.
Andreea Militaru joined AMC in October 2016. Prior to joining AMC, Andreea worked as an analyst in IFC’s PPP Transaction Advisory team working with governments in Africa and Eastern Europe to develop infrastructure though Public-Private Partnerships. Andreea began her career at the World Bank Private Participation in Infrastructure Database where she focused on infrastructure investment trends in Eastern Europe and Central & Southern Asia.
Andreea holds a B.S in Economics (Honors) from Towson University and an M.A. in Economics from George Mason University. She is a CFA level II candidate.
Investment Analyst
Prior to joining AMC, Langston was an investment banking analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he focused on M&A and financing transactions in the natural resources and energy transition sectors. Previously, Langston worked as a summer analyst at Mongolia's largest investment bank, where he helped local companies raise growth capital from development finance institutions and other international investors.
Langston holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.
Program Assistant
Prior to joining AMC in 2016, Igor held several administrative positions across the World Bank Group including Corporate Planning and Analysis, Office of the Managing Director and World Bank Group CFO, and IBRD Corporate Finance. Igor has more than 19 years in various administrative roles including 4 years as an interpretor/translator in The British Council, World Bank Country Office in Serbia and EC Harris.
Igor holds a BA in English Language and Literature and from The Faculty of Philology at University of Belgrade, Serbia.
